Romanian Border Police officers within Capul Midia Border Crossing Point, Constanta County had to fire vertically at three Romanian citizens, males, who were fishing illegally by using fishing nets forbidden by law. Prior acts of criminal investigation were drawn by Border Police officers on the names of the aforementioned people.
