Romanian Border Police officers within Sculeni Border Crossing Point, Iasi County, detected at the exit flow from Romania, a citizen of Republic of Moldova, driving a Mercedes, for which he handed over to border authorities a false registration certificate. Prior acts of criminal investigation in terms of the offense of usage of a false document and of driving an unregistered vehicle on public roads were drawn by Border Police officers, following to hand over the case to Prosecutor’s office within Iasi Court.
