Romanian Border Police officers within Botosani Territorial Border Police Service detected in Mihaileni, a Romanian citizen driving a Ford registered in Portugal for which he handed over to border authorities a false insurance policy. Prior acts of criminal investigation in terms of the offense of usage of a false document and of driving an unregistered vehicle on public roads were drawn by Border Police officers, following to hand over the case to Prosecutor’s office within Iasi Court.
